If an order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse and you have received a shipping confirmation, the order cannot be cancelled. Our team works hard to ensure on-time deliveries and as a result, orders are processed immediately upon receipt.
Once you have chosen which rug you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to cart” button.
The next step is to go to checkout. You do this by clicking on the shopping cart link in the top right corner.
The final step is to choose your shipping and payment method. Click on your preferred options and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you are having trouble completing your order, our customer service team will be happy to help you place your order for you.
Yes, as long as we have not yet started to pack and prepare your order for delivery. As we strive for fast deliveries, this process starts very quickly once your order has been registered. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, but we will of course do our best to help you.
In some cases, depending on the payment method and delivery options you have chosen, you can cancel the order yourself by logging into your customer account.
If you have not yet completed your order on the checkout page, you can add and remove items from your cart.
We offer our customers free returns on all orders. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you can easily return it at no additional cost. All return shipping costs are covered by RubyRug.
To initiate a return, simply follow the link provided in the order confirmation or shipping confirmation you received when you placed your order. Once you click on the link, you will be asked to enter specific information regarding your return, such as the reason for your return and where you would like to return the product. Once you have filled out all the required information, we will create a prepaid return label that will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
The return should be quick and hassle-free! Once your return has been returned, it will take 2-3 business days to reach our warehouse. Once we receive the return, we will disinfect the package and our authorized warehouse staff will inspect the carpet to make sure it was returned in the same condition we sent it in.
Once the return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation and a return receipt to your email.
The refund will be in your account within 1-3 business days after we receive the return receipt, depending on how you paid for your order. If you chose Klarna invoice as your payment method, we recommend logging in to Klarna and reporting your return so you don’t have to pay any extra.
All carpets shown on our website are in stock for immediate delivery. Generally, delivery time is 1-3 business days within Sweden and 2-8 business days if you order to other parts of the world. Our warehouse is located in Malmö.
The further you proceed with the payment, the more accurate the delivery time you will get.
